We are writing about Pulse Real Estate Agent Rachael Ian in Colorado

We have been trying to let the public know about this realtor.  She keeps censoring her reviews by trying to have the bad ones removed.  We live in the good ole USA where censorship should net be a value.  It’s a free country and the public needs to know the truth about this.

We engaged in extensive communication with Rachael Sharie Bachler Bitz Ian (she has changed her name several times…) @rachaelianrealty currently with Pulse Realty of Colorado Springs, for our home search, but ultimately decided not to proceed with her due to several professional missteps. Communication was a significant issue; the agent frequently overshared personal information via email that was unrelated to our real estate needs. She also made it known that she supports and enables her sisters sex work which we do not feel is a good values judgement seeing how we work with a group in our church that combats the sex trafficking of people.  This lack of professional boundaries and poor judgment created a level of discomfort and concern about how our own information might be handled. We concluded that the agent's approach did not align with the level of professionalism and discretion we expect during such an important transaction.

We have heard good things about Pulse Realty which is why we reached out to Rachael Ian in the first place.  We later found out we actually knew of her through another family friend.  We were confused at first because she has changed her last name several times which was a little suspect.  She isn’t married we found out so we were very concerns about why all the names changes?!

Pulse Reality has a good reputation.  To have one bad egg spoil it for the rest is really a questionable decision.
